Sweet or salty, this meal is easy and delicious!
With the quarantine going on, I thought it was a good idea to share my family’s authentic French crepes recipe! Baking is always a good idea and this dish is ideal to share with your family.
What you’ll need
250 gm of flour
12,5cl of cooking oil
33cl of milk
20 cl of water
Put the flour in a dish and add the cooking oil.
Crack eggs one by one while you stir them.
Add the milk, the water and stir.
Let the dough rest for an hour before cooking!
Put one serve in a frypan, let it cook on both sides and enjoy!
- Garnish with sweet (Nutella, honey, liquid chocolate) or salty (ham, eggs, cheese, potatoes, salmon and fresh cream…) Get creative!
Cooking tips: Add butter in the frypan before every serve.
Put the dough in a blender before using to remove any lumps.
